Wipro has developed the solution in partnership with Oracle

Wipro has developed a cloud-based Tollway Transportation and Billing Solution that will enhance commuter's experience while improving profitability for tollway authorities. The solution has been built in partnership with Oracle.

Tollway authorities have to tackle many problems, for example they have to evolve with the market to transition towards cashless operations and anticipated shifts in traffic patterns to operational inefficiencies and changing customer expectations. The Wipro Tollway Transportation and Billing solution will help the tollway authorities improve customer experience across touchpoints by leveraging data-driven insights, and maintaining a 360-degree view.

“Together, Wipro and Oracle are helping tollway authorities solve real-world problems and meet the demands of an increasingly dynamic commuter market. By leveraging Oracle Advertising and Customer Experience Cloud, Oracle Financials Cloud, and Oracle Utilities Customer Care and Billing, this solution helps tollway authorities scale-up effortlessly and further increase their return on investment,” said Keith Rajecki, Vice President, Oracle Public Sector, Education and Research.

The cloud-based solution from Wipro and Oracle can support several transactions per year, which can enable tollway authorities better navigate customer account management, transaction processing, grievance case management, transponder inventory management, and financial reconciliation and reporting. The solution will help the authorities streamline these processes, and increase operational efficiency and plug revenue leakages.
