Geniemode secures $7 million in Funding

The Series A funding round is led by Info Edge Ventures

One of the fastest growing B2B e-commerce startups Geniemode has announced that it has raised $7 million. The round was led by Info Edge Ventures.

“We will be deploying the fundraise to boost tech and product development, accelerate expansion in existing markets and enter new markets,” said Amit Sharma, CEO and co-founder of Geniemode.

The company had raised $2.25 million in seed funding from Info Edge Ventures, Deepinder Goyal of Zomato, CRED founder Kunal Shah and Apache Cassandra’s Prashant Malik, and more.

Founded in 2021, Geniemode is building an extensive online platform solution for global buyers ranging from Mom & Pop stores to global giant retailers. The company has a strong contingent of buyers in the US, Latin America, UK, Europe and Australia. These buyers are retailers that range from small independent retailers to large retail chains. To cater to this demand, the company is working with more than a hundred suppliers from India, Bangladesh, Pakistan and Sri Lanka.

“We are excited to strengthen our partnership with the Geniemode team as they emerge as the platform of choice for global buyers in furniture, home, fashion and allied categories,” said Kitty Agarwal, Partner at Info Edge Ventures.
